Summit Sports Analytics is based in Zürich, Switzerland. We provide sports betting analysis, picks and data to our members.
02 What Data We Collect
When you register or purchase a subscription we collect the following:
- First name and email address at registration
- Payment information processed securely through Stripe — we never store your card details directly
- Login credentials for access to your member account
- Communication data when you contact us by email
We do not use tracking tools such as Google Analytics. We do not use advertising cookies.
03 How We Use Your Data
We use your data solely for the following purposes:
- Delivering picks, reports and member content to you
- Sending emails you have opted into — daily picks, newsletters and updates
- Managing your subscription and processing payments through Stripe
- Responding to support requests
We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with advertisers. Under any circumstances.
04 Automatic Subscription Renewal
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period. You will be notified by email before any renewal. You can cancel at any time. All charges are processed through Stripe.
05 Email Communications
By registering you agree to receive relevant emails from Summit Sports Analytics — including daily picks, analysis and member updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email. We will not contact you after you unsubscribe.
06 Cookies
Our website uses only technically necessary cookies to ensure the site functions correctly — for example to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party cookies.
07 Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely. We use the following services:
- Netlify for website hosting
- Stripe for payment processing
Both providers comply with applicable data protection laws and use industry-standard encryption.
08 Your Rights
Under Swiss data protection law (DSG) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to:
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction or deletion of your data
- Withdraw your consent at any time
