All content published by Summit Sports Analytics — including picks, analysis, statistics and any other material — is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. It does not constitute financial advice, investment advice or any form of regulated advice. You are solely responsible for any betting decisions you make.
03 No Guarantee of Results
Past performance does not guarantee future results. Sports betting involves financial risk and you may lose money. Summit Sports Analytics makes no promises, guarantees or representations regarding future profitability. All historical statistics are accurate to the best of our knowledge but are not an indicator of future performance.
04 Minimum Age
You must be at least 18 years old to use our service. By registering you confirm that you have reached the legal betting age in your country or region. It is your responsibility to ensure that sports betting is legal where you are located. Summit Sports Analytics accepts no liability for use of our service in jurisdictions where betting is prohibited.
05 Subscriptions & Payments
All subscriptions are paid in advance. Available durations are 1 week, 1 month and 1 year. By purchasing a subscription you authorise us to charge the relevant amount to your payment method through Stripe. All prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF) and are inclusive of all fees.
06 Automatic Renewal
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price — unless you cancel beforehand. You will be notified by email before each renewal. Charges are processed automatically through Stripe. It is your responsibility to keep your payment details up to date.
07 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access until the last day you have paid for.
08 Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our service — digital content is delivered immediately upon purchase — we do not offer refunds once a subscription has been activated and picks have been delivered. If you were unable to access the service due to a technical issue on our end please contact us at support@summitsportsanalytics.com and we will review the case individually.
09 Acceptable Use
You may not share, resell or redistribute Summit picks or any content to third parties. Your subscription is personal and non-transferable. We reserve the right to terminate any subscription without refund if content is being shared or resold without authorisation.
10 Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including picks, analysis, reports, design and branding — is the intellectual property of Summit Sports Analytics. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any content without our written permission.
11 Limitation of Liability
Summit Sports Analytics shall not be liable for any financial losses, indirect losses or consequential damages arising from your use of our picks or service. Our total liability to you in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription period.
12 Responsible Gambling
We encourage all members to bet responsibly. If you feel that gambling is negatively affecting your life please seek help.
13 Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zürich, Switzerland.
